**Providing Organization:** Lugang Mazu Temple
**Application Period:** From September 20, 2026, to October 30, 2026. Submissions must be made in person; late applications will not be accepted.

**Application Documents:** Please submit only the documents required by the application guidelines. Do not provide any additional certificates or proofs that are not specified, in order to conserve paper usage and promote environmental protection and energy efficiency.
**Ineligible Applicants:** If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit an application. All ineligible applications will be rejected.
**Incomplete Submissions:** Applications with incomplete or missing documents will not be accepted. Please ensure all required materials are included before submission.
