一、因現行學生學籍須於同學完成註冊繳費後，學生資料方能進入學籍系統。
學生未進入學籍系統前將無法選課，亦無法完成導師系統配置等相關作業。故煩請各系、所導
師提醒尚未完成註冊繳費同學，務必於9月11日前完成，以免影響自身權益。
三、請各系助理至校務資訊系統--學務處--學生事務處--科系--班級--尋找--輸入 組別--輸入 導
師名字--儲存。

**Official Announcement**
To All Faculty Members, Staff, and Students:
To ensure that student registration data is successfully entered into the academic records system and to facilitate subsequent procedures such as course selection and advisor system configuration, the current regulation stipulates that student data will only be entered into the academic records system after the completion of registration and payment. To avoid any adverse impact on students' rights and interests, we kindly request the assistance of all department and program advisors in reminding students who have not yet completed their registration and payment to do so before September 11.
Please follow the procedures below, as outlined for departmental assistants:
1. Log in to the campus information system.
2. Navigate to "Student Affairs Office" → "Student Services Division" → "Department" → "Class" → "Search."
3. Enter the group and advisor's name.
4. Save the data.
