一、目前未安排週會院/系所：學士後中醫學系、社會工作學系、東方語文學系，請以該系公告為主。
二、取消院/系週會：智慧永續管理學院院週會、人文傳播暨社會科學院院週會、護理學院院週會。
三、若有異動以各系所/單位公告為準。
注意事項：
1.週會請提早十分鐘進場，並親自簽到，13:40將準時關門，未到者以曠課論。
2.請熟記週會時間及內容，若有更動將另行通知，以各院系通知為準。
3.參與週會集會請穿全套制服/休閒服。
4.請將週會時間表張貼於班級公佈欄。
**Notice Regarding Weekly Meetings**
1. **Departments/Schools Not Currently Scheduled for Weekly Meetings:**
The following departments/schools are not currently scheduled to hold weekly meetings: Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of Social Work, and Department of Oriental Languages and Literature. Please refer to the respective departmental announcements for further details.
2. **Cancellation of Weekly Meetings:**
The following weekly meetings have been cancelled: School of Smart and Sustainable Management, School of Humanities, Communication, and Social Sciences, and School of Nursing.
3. **Any Changes Will Be Announced by the Relevant Departments/Units:**
Please note that any changes to the weekly meeting schedule will be communicated through announcements from the respective departments or units.
**Important Notes:**
1. **Attendance and Check-in:**
Participants are required to arrive at the weekly meeting venue at least ten minutes early and check in in person. The venue will close promptly at 13:40, and those who arrive late will be considered absent.
2. **Meeting Schedule and Updates:**
Please familiarize yourself with the weekly meeting schedule and content. Any changes will be announced separately, and participants should follow the notifications provided by their respective departments or units.
3. **Dress Code:**
All participants are required to wear full uniforms or casual attire during the weekly meetings.
4. **Posting the Weekly Meeting Schedule:**
The weekly meeting schedule should be posted on the class bulletin board for easy reference.
