各位師長、同仁和同學您好：
為促進USR夥伴學校校務治理經驗交流與影響力成效評估機制之提升，本校特舉辦「南方好夥伴．USR跨校共學SIG：校務治理與成效評估的實踐對話」交流論壇。透過專題分享、案例交流及跨校對話等方式，期望共同提升大學社會責任推動品質與治理效能，並擴大USR之社會影響力與永續價值。
本次論壇將於115年9月24日（星期四）上午9:15-12:10，於國立屏東科技大學人文講堂（綜合大樓2樓）舉行。活動採實體方式辦理，無提供線上參與。參與對象為具校務治理、USR計畫執行或成效評估相關經驗之行政主管、計畫主持人、參與教師及計畫團隊成員，以及對校務治理、USR推動、成效評估及高等教育永續發展議題有興趣之校內外人員。
活動相關規定如下：
1. 請依報名網址完成報名程序。
2. 活動當日請準時出席，並攜帶證件以利報到。
3. 本活動提供電子研習證明，將依實際參與情形透過Email核發。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
To promote the exchange of experience in university governance among USR partner institutions and to enhance the effectiveness of impact assessment mechanisms, our university is hosting the "Southern Good Partners: USR Cross-Institutional Learning SIG Forum on University Governance and Impact Assessment." Through keynote presentations, case studies, and cross-institutional dialogues, we aim to collectively improve the quality and governance efficiency of university social responsibility initiatives, thereby expanding the social impact and sustainable value of USR.
The forum will take place on September 24, 2026 (Thursday), from 9:15 AM to 12:10 PM, in the Humanities Lecture Hall at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (2nd Floor, Comprehensive Building). The event will be held in person, and online participation will not be available. Participants should be individuals with experience in university governance, USR project execution, or impact assessment, including administrative supervisors, project leaders, participating faculty, and team members. Additionally, the forum is open to anyone interested in university governance, USR initiatives, impact assessment, and sustainable development in higher education.
The following regulations apply to the event:
1. Please complete the registration process via the provided registration link.
2. Attendees are requested to arrive on time on the event day and bring their identification for check-in.
3. Electronic certificates of participation will be issued via email based on actual attendance.
