一、旨揭計畫擬招募具良好英語能力及關心偏遠地區國小英語教育之在學大學生與研究所學生，以遠距教學方式服務全國100所偏遠地區與非山非市國小學生。
二、申請資格：
(一)須為教育部認可大專校院以上(含)學校之各系所在學大學生或研究所學生，或曾任本計畫英語學伴之畢業生，若為外籍學生則需具備基本中文聽說能力。
(二)具遠距英語教學經驗、國小英語教學經驗、或英語相關語言系所尤佳，但不以此為限。
(三)應熟悉操作Google Meet與Google Drive等相關功能，如：畫面/影片分享、教學錄影、會議連結建立等。
(四)可檢附相關英語能力檢定證明尤佳，但不以此為限。
三、需求人數：200名（倘本次不足額錄取，得賡續辦理後續招募事宜）。
四、授課期間：
(一)原則上預計115年9月底陸續開始進行偏遠地區國小英語遠距課程，上課時間為每週一至週五下午3時至8時之間，以配合媒合學校可授課時間為主。
(二)授課教材以使用Cool English教材為主，可參考教育部英語線上學習平臺，網址：www.coolenglish.edu.tw。
(三)每位學伴擬陪伴3至4位學生，教學目標為提升學生英語聽說能力。
(四)每週教學時數約2至6小時，如另有要事不克授課，可提前請其他學伴協助代課，請假以3次為限。授課以一學期為單位，每人時數均可不同，惟每週授課時數至少2小時。
(五)需自備電腦，本計畫提供學伴登記借用視訊攝影機，學期末需完整歸還。
五、學伴需於每月授課結束後1週內繳交遠距教學側錄影片、授課電子簽到表與教學鐘點費附件表，並經本計畫審核通過後，擬於完成授課後次月月底前依實際教學時數核給每小時新臺幣336元之教學鐘點費。
六、學伴須完整參與當學期遠距課程，並完成教學日誌、上課錄影、教材及簽到單等上課資料之記錄與儲存，以及依規定出席大學生培訓工作坊，始得申請國教署服務學習證明書。該學期評鑑分數達80分以上及參與計畫服務累積滿1年，可申請核發服務時數。學伴若中途退出或發生其他爭議事項，恕不受理服務學習證明書申請。
七、申請方式：

(二)欲申請者請於115年9月14日前填寫以上報名表後，相關文件上傳至前開網址。缺件不受理逾期補件，合者將以E-mail通知面談，採隨到隨審，不合者恕不另行通知。
(三)所送報名表資料如填列不實或缺漏者，或所附之文件影本有偽造、變造、假借、冒用等情事者，一經查明，已錄取者，撤銷錄取資格。
(四)如有未盡事宜，悉依本校相關規定（可上本校人事室網頁查詢）辦理。
I. This program seeks to recruit undergraduate and graduate students with strong English proficiency who are committed to English education in elementary schools in remote areas. Participants will provide remote instruction to students at 100 elementary schools nationwide located in remote areas or in regions that are neither mountainous nor urban.
II. Eligibility Requirements:
(1) Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students in any department at a college or university recognized by the Ministry of Education, or graduates who have previously served as English learning partners in this program. International students must possess basic Chinese listening and speaking skills.
(2) Experience in distance English instruction, elementary school English teaching, or enrollment in English-related language departments is preferred but not required.
(3) Applicants must be familiar with the operation of Google Meet and Google Drive, including features such as screen/video sharing, recording lessons, and creating meeting links.
(4) Applicants who can provide proof of English proficiency certification are preferred, but this is not a requirement.
III. Number of Positions: 200 (If the quota is not filled in this round, subsequent recruitment may be conducted).
IV. Teaching assistants must submit recorded videos of their online classes, electronic attendance sheets, and the teaching fee attachment form within one week after the end of each month is classes. Upon approval by the program, teaching fees of NT$336 per hour will be paid based on actual teaching hours by the end of the month following the completion of the classes.
