一、依據內政部移民署115年8月27日移署移字第1150117353號函辦理。
二、旨揭競賽係為鼓勵大專校院學生增進消除種族歧視、促進種族平等及相互尊重與理解之知能；參賽對象以國內大專校院在學學生為主，包含大學部、碩博士生、應屆畢業生及在職專班學生，不限國籍皆可參賽。

I. This notice is issued in accordance with the letter (Ref. No. 1150117353) dated August 27, 2026, from the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
II. The purpose of this competition is to encourage students at colleges and universities to enhance their knowledge and understanding regarding the elimination of racial discrimination, the promotion of racial equality, and the fostering of mutual respect and understanding. Eligibility is open to students currently enrolled in domestic colleges and universities—including undergraduates, master is and doctoral students, graduating students, and students in in-service programs—regardless of nationality.
