為因應慈濟大學自115年8月1日起正式實施工讀新制，協助全校教職員及學生熟悉新版工讀系統操作流程與相關規範，特辦理「慈濟大學工讀系統及網頁說明會」。本次說明會將針對新版工讀系統操作、工讀申請流程、工時填報、勞動契約、相關法規及工讀網頁資訊等內容進行完整說明，並透過實機操作示範與問題交流，協助使用者快速了解新制度與系統功能。
藉由本次說明會，建立教職員與學生對工讀新制的正確認知，提升系統操作熟悉度，降低因制度轉換所產生之疑義與錯誤，確保工讀業務推動順利，並落實勞動法令及校內相關規範，提供更完善、便利且一致的工讀行政服務。

To facilitate the implementation of the new part-time work system at Tzu Chi University, effective from August 1, 2026, and to assist all faculty, staff, and students in becoming familiar with the operation procedures and regulations of the updated system, the university is organizing the "Tzu Chi University Part-Time Work System and Website Orientation Session."
This orientation session will provide a comprehensive overview of the new part-time work system, including its operation, application process, work hour reporting, labor contracts, relevant laws and regulations, and information on the part-time work website. Through live demonstrations and interactive Q&A sessions, participants will be able to quickly understand the new system and its functionalities.
The purpose of this orientation session is to establish a correct understanding of the new part-time work system among faculty, staff, and students, enhance familiarity with the system is operation, reduce any ambiguities or errors arising from the transition, ensure the smooth implementation of part-time work programs, and adhere to labor laws and university regulations. This will provide a more comprehensive, convenient, and consistent administrative service for part-time work.

Please note that due to the session starting at 12:50 PM, no lunch will be provided. Participants are kindly requested to have their lunch before attending the orientation session.
