為協助學生改善學科能力，強化日後專業科目之學習，開課教師可遴選高年級學生或研究所學生，擔任【課後輔導教學助理】，利用課餘時間實施補救教學。
一、有意願開設課後輔導之教師請填妥附件書面申請表，於115年10月8日(四)前遞交給教務處課務組。課務組承辦人：陳姜妏 分機11139。
二、開課教師遴選課輔教學助理，應符合以下條件：
(1)學生學業成績總平均在全班排名前30%者
(2)或曾修習該輔導課程且成績在全體修課同學前30%者或授課老師推薦者
(3)操行成績80分以上者或導師推薦者
(4)研究所學生前一學期平均成績80分以上者
(5)具有職業安全衛生教育時數訓練証明
(6)具有教學助理(TA)培訓完成証明
三、注意事項：
1.每位課輔教學助理至多擔任兩門課程工作，或每人每月工作總時數合併計算後博士班學生以不超過44小時為限；碩士班學生以不超過30小時為限；學士班及五年制專科班學生以不超過20小時為限。

To assist students in improving their academic abilities and strengthening their future professional studies, instructors may select senior undergraduate or graduate students to serve as [After-Class Tutoring Teaching Assistants]providing remedial instruction during their spare time.
1. Instructors who wish to establish after-class tutoring should complete the attached written application form and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office, Course Management Section, by October 8, 2026 (Thursday). Contact person: Extension 11139.
2. Instructors selecting ACTTAs should ensure that the candidates meet the following criteria:
(1) Students whose overall academic performance ranks within the top 30% of their class.
(2) Students who have previously taken the course to be tutored and achieved a score within the top 30% of all students, or those recommended by the instructor.
(3) Students with a conduct score of 80 or higher, or those recommended by their advisor.
(4) Graduate students whose average score for the previous semester is 80 or higher.
(5) Possession of a certificate proving completion of occupational safety and health education training.
(6) Possession of a certificate proving completion of teaching assistant (TA) training.
3. Notes:
(1) Each ACTTA may be assigned to a maximum of two courses, or the total monthly working hours for all courses combined should not exceed 44 hours for doctoral students, 30 hours for master is students, and 20 hours for undergraduate and five-year associate degree students.
