**Announcement Regarding Application for the Tzu Chi Foundation Disaster Relief Scholarship**
**Issuing Unit:** Tzu Chi Foundation Disaster Relief Scholarship Program
**Application Period:**
- First Semester: September 10 to October 10 annually
- Second Semester: February 10 to March 10 annually
Applications must be submitted in person within the specified periods; late submissions will not be accepted.

**Application Guidelines:**

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, please do not submit an application. All applications from ineligible candidates will be returned without review.
