依「慈濟大學研究生獎助學金辦法」規定辦理
研究生有下列情形之一者，不得申請以下各項獎助學金：
1.在校內、外有專職身分者。
2.因退學或其它理由離校者。
3.已辦理休學尚未復學者。
4.在校內領有其他獎助學金每月補助高於本辦法者。
一、符合「研究生獎助學金辦法」第五條、第六條辦理學雜費獎勵者：
1.申請時間：即日起∼115年9月23日。
2.申請方式：填寫【1151研究生獎勵金申請表】，經系所辦公室核章後逕送教務處招生策略中心。
3.申請案件將於簽核通過後予以獎勵。
二、符合「慈濟大學研究生獎助學金辦法」第七條【獎勵全額學雜費】者：
1.獎勵全額學雜費之對象為本校大學部應屆畢業經碩甄、碩考錄取碩士班者。
2.招生策略中心將請註冊組查核註冊入學情況後，統一辦理學雜費獎勵。
三、符合「研究生獎助學金辦法」第七條【成績優異獎學金】者：
1.畢業成績為全班前50%，欲申請115學年度第1學期獎學金者，請填寫【1151應屆畢業生獎學金申請表】，並檢附具畢業排名之成績單正本後於115.9.23止，逕送教務處招生策略中心，逾時不候。
2.申請案件將於簽核通過後予以補助。

**Notice Regarding Graduate Student Scholarship and Grant Application Procedures**
In accordance with the regulations stipulated in the "Graduate Student Scholarship and Grant Policy" of Tzu Chi University, the following conditions apply to graduate students who are ineligible to apply for the scholarships and grants listed below:
1. Graduate students holding a full-time position within or outside the university.
2. Graduate students who have withdrawn from the university or left for other reasons.
3. Graduate students who have taken a leave of absence and have not yet resumed their studies.
4. Graduate students who are already receiving other scholarships or grants with a monthly allowance higher than that provided under this policy.
**I. Graduate students eligible for tuition fee waivers under Article 5 and Article 6 of the "Graduate Student Scholarship and Grant Policy":**
1. **Application Period:** From the date of this notice until September 23, 2026.
2. **Application Method:** Please complete the "1151 Graduate Student Scholarship Application Form," have it verified and stamped by your department or program office, and submit it directly to the Admissions Strategy Center of the Academic Affairs Office.
3. **Processing:** Approved applications will be granted tuition fee waivers upon verification.
**II. Graduate students eligible for full tuition fee waivers under Article 7 of the "Graduate Student Scholarship and Grant Policy":**
1. **Eligibility:** This full tuition fee waiver is available to undergraduate graduates of Tzu Chi University who have been admitted to a master's program through the Graduate Admission Examination or the Graduate Selection Process.
2. **Processing:** The Admissions Strategy Center will coordinate with the Registration Office to verify enrollment status and will process the tuition fee waivers uniformly.
**III. Graduate students eligible for the "Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship" under Article 7 of the "Graduate Student Scholarship and Grant Policy":**
1. **Eligibility:** Graduate students whose academic performance ranks in the top 50% of their graduating class may apply for the scholarship for the first semester of the 115 academic year. Please complete the "1151 Outstanding Academic Achievement Scholarship Application Form," attach the original transcript showing your graduation ranking, and submit it directly to the Admissions Strategy Center of the Academic Affairs Office by September 23, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
2. **Processing:** Approved applications will be granted the scholarship upon verification.
