📢依教育部來文(請參閱附件),針對「中聯油脂公司油品事件」之消費權益與救濟管道,相關宣導資訊,如下:
📌 1. 本校供餐型態
•類型:美食街、餐廳(屬非團膳型態)。
•說明:由於美食街與餐廳屬於個人自發性消費,不適用校園團體訴訟管道。
⚖️ 2. 救濟與團體訴訟管道
•適用對象:有購買食品且含問題油品之一般消費者。
•參加方式:採個人意願登記,自行向「消基會」申請參加團體訴訟。
•登記網址:財團法人中華民國消費者文教基金會(消基會)專區
🛡️ 3. 校內防護機制
•清查油品:衛保組與業者持續至衛福部食藥署「中聯油脂案專區」進行每日比對與清查。
•及時轉知:若清查確認校內店家有使用受影響油品,將立即公告相關品項並主動轉知,
以維護師生權益。
•定期通報:開學後 3 週內彙整宣導情形回報教育部。

In accordance with the notification from the Ministry of Education (please refer to the attached document), the following information is provided regarding consumer rights and remedies related to the Zhonglian Edible Oil Company Oil Incident:
1. **Catering Service Types at Our University**
- **Type:** Food Court and Restaurants (Non-Catering Type).
- **Explanation:** As the Food Court and Restaurants operate on a self-initiated consumer basis, they are not eligible for the campus collective litigation channel.
2. **Remedies and Collective Litigation Channels**
- **Eligible Individuals:** General consumers who have purchased food products containing the problematic oil.
- **Participation Method:** Participation is based on individual willingness. Consumers may register and apply for collective litigation with the Consumer Foundation on their own.
- **Registration Website:** Special Zone of the Consumer Foundation, Taiwan.
3. **Campus Protection Mechanisms**
- **Oil Inspection:** The Health and Welfare Section, in collaboration with vendors, continues to conduct daily comparisons and inspections at the Ministry of Education Zhonglian Edible Oil Incident Special Zone.
- **Prompt Notification:** If inspections confirm that campus vendors have used affected oil products, the relevant items will be immediately announced, and notifications will be proactively issued to safeguard the rights and interests of faculty and students.
- **Regular Reporting:** Within three weeks after the start of the semester, the Health and Welfare Section will compile and report the dissemination of this information to the Ministry of Education.
**Reminder:** If you have any concerns regarding the oil used in meals served by campus vendors, please contact the nurse in the Health Care Section.
The university will continue to strictly monitor the source of ingredients to protect the health and food safety of all faculty and students.
