Through these two sessions, the program aims to facilitate a transition from external awareness to internal reflection—moving from "understanding others" to "understanding oneself." It is expected that students will cultivate attitudes of openness, respect, and inclusivity through multicultural exchange, while discovering personalized coping mechanisms to manage academic and life stressors. Ultimately, this initiative seeks to enhance students' interpersonal interaction, emotional awareness, and psychosocial adjustment capabilities.
