一、旨揭計畫係為鼓勵全國大學校院學生出國參加國際性學術、技藝能競賽，拓展國際視野，強化學生專業新知、技藝能發展，倘貴校學生規劃於116年2月1日至116年7月31日代表學校實際參與國際競賽者並符合「教育部補助大學校院學生出國參加國際性學術技藝能競賽作業要點」規定，請檢具申請表1式5份（電子檔亦請E-mail至mi14695278@mail.moe.gov.tw）於115年11月23日（一）前備文送達本部，逾時送達、資料不全或資格不符者，不予受理。
二、檢附申請表（含要點）1份如附。
Regarding the subsidy application for university students participating in international academic, art, and skill competitions for the 2nd semester of the 115th academic year, please proceed in accordance with the following instructions:
1.This initiative aims to encourage university students nationwide to participate in international academic, art, and skill competitions, thereby broadening their international perspectives and strengthening their professional knowledge and skill development. If students from your institution plan to represent the university in actual international competitions taking place between February 1, 2027, and July 31, 2027, and meet the criteria outlined in the "Ministry of Education Directions for Subsidizing University Students to Participate in International Academic, Art, and Skill Competitions," please submit 5 hard copies of the application form along with an official letter to the Ministry by Monday, November 23, 2026. An electronic copy must also be emailed to mi14695278@mail.moe.gov.tw. Late submissions, incomplete documentation, or applications that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be accepted.
