各位同學您好：
為落實學生宿舍管理規範並確保住宿資源之合理分配，本校於115年9月8日發布「【宿舍事務】1151學期學生宿舍合併寢相關作業事項」公告。
本校合併寢作業已於9月30日結束。依據原公告規定，合併寢截止日未滿四人寢之寢室，應將空床位清空且不得佔用。目前未滿四人寢之寢室，將依據慈濟大學住宿費收費標準調整住宿費用。
調整後之收費標準如下：
1. 建國校區致善樓：單人房18,000元、雙人房12,000元、三人房8,000元。
2. 其餘宿舍：單人房22,000元、雙人房16,000元、三人房11,000元。
依據學生宿舍住宿辦法第十條規定，住宿費用需於開學二週內完成繳納。請費用調整後之同學依規定繳交住宿費，未完成繳費者將於次日專案上簽勒令退宿，除因特殊因素經專案核可後不在此限。
請相關同學留意繳費時程，以免影響住宿權益。

Dear Students,
To implement the student dormitory management regulations and ensure the equitable distribution of residential resources, the University issued the announcement titled "【Dormitory Affairs】Procedures for Student Dormitory Room Consolidation for the 1151 Academic Semester" on September 8, 2026.
The room consolidation process concluded on September 30. In accordance with the original announcement, any dormitory room with fewer than four occupants by the deadline must have all vacant beds cleared and may not be occupied. Currently, for rooms with fewer than four occupants, the accommodation fees will be adjusted based on the Tzu Chi University Dormitory Fee Schedule.
The adjusted fee schedule is as follows:
1. Zhishan Building, Jianguo Campus: Single Room NT$18,000; Double Room NT$12,000; Triple Room NT$8,000.
2. Other Dormitories: Single Room NT$22,000; Double Room NT$16,000; Triple Room NT$11,000.
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Student Dormitory Management Regulations, accommodation fees must be paid within two weeks of the start of the semester. Students subject to the fee adjustment are requested to settle their payments in accordance with the regulations. Failure to complete the payment will result in a mandatory eviction order issued via the official administrative system the following day, except in cases where an exemption has been granted through special approval.
Please pay close attention to the payment schedule to avoid any impact on your residential rights.
