一、為促進人工智慧技術於人才培育、人力資源及面試情境之實務應用，強化學界與產業交流合作，數位發展部數位產業署、財團法人資訊工業策進會與本校共同辦理旨揭工作坊。
二、工作坊結合規劃「發展趨勢與需求分析」及「核心功能與應用模式」兩大主題，內容、時間及地點如下：
(一)時間：115年10月17日(六)，分上午及下午二場。
(二)地點：國立東華大學壽豐校區資訊中心一樓資PC2電腦教室教室。
(三)內容：包括人力資源市場AI發展與應用需求、本地端AI Agent設計架構、面試系統架構、AI面試應用需求與系統整合以及綜合座談。

I. To promote the practical application of artificial intelligence technology in talent development, human resources, and interview scenarios, and to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, the Digital Industry Agency of the Ministry of Digital Development, the Institute for Information Industry, and our university are jointly organizing the aforementioned workshop.
II. The workshop is structured around two main themes: “Development Trends and Needs Analysis” and “Core Functions and Application Models.” The content, schedule, and location are as follows:
(1) Date and Time: Saturday, October 17, 115, with two sessions—one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
(2) Location: Computer Lab PC2, 1st Floor, Information Center, Shoufeng Campus, National Dong Hwa University.
(3) Content: Topics include AI development and application needs in the human resources market; design architecture of on-premises AI agents; interview system architecture; AI interview application requirements and system integration; and a comprehensive panel discussion.
