一、依據教育部115年10月05日臺教政(一)字第1150099762號函轉法務部廉政署115年9月24日廉政字第11500371340號書函辦理。
二、為因應115年地方公職人員選舉，維護選舉之公平性，並積極查察賄選、暴力、選舉賭盤、假訊息及境外勢力介選等妨害選舉之不法行為，請各單位多加運用旨揭宣導影片於各項法律宣導活動、電子看板、網站、公播螢幕等多元管道宣傳播映，將反賄選理念深植於每一個人心中，並傳達正確之法治觀念，提高公民意識。
三、另於法務部官網下載專區/宣導資料下載/反賄選專區，亦有廣播帶、宣導影片、電子圖卡、平面海報等宣導資料可供大家下載運用，並請協助推廣。

1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the official letter from the Ministry of Education, dated October 5, 2026 (No. 1150099762), which forwards the official letter from the Agency Against Corruption, Ministry of Justice, dated September 24, 2026 (No. 11500371340).
2. In response to the 2026 Local Public Officials Election and to ensure the fairness of the electoral process, it is imperative to actively investigate and prevent illegal activities that obstruct elections, including bribery, violence, election gambling, misinformation, and interference by foreign forces. All departments are requested to utilize the aforementioned promotional videos across various channels, such as legal awareness activities, electronic signage, official websites, and public broadcasting screens. The objective is to instill the principles of anti-bribery in every individual, convey correct legal concepts, and enhance civic awareness.
3. Additionally, a variety of promotional materials, including radio spots, promotional videos, electronic cards, and printed posters, are available for download in the "Anti-Bribery Section" under the "Download Center" on the official website of the Ministry of Justice. We kindly request your assistance in promoting and utilizing these resources.
