近年來，隨著慈濟大學境外學生人數逐年增加，教職同仁在日常教學、行政服務及學生輔導工作中，與來自不同國家及文化背景的學生互動也日益頻繁。因此，希望透過跨文化溝通相關的分享，協助教職同仁增進對不同文化背景與價值觀的理解與尊重，學習如何在多元文化情境下進行有效溝通與互動，並提升面對文化差異時的應對能力。

In recent years, with the steady increase in the number of international students at Tzu Chi University, faculty and staff have been interacting more frequently with students from diverse national and cultural backgrounds in their daily teaching, administrative services, and student counseling duties. Therefore, this session aims to facilitate cross-cultural communication through shared insights, assisting faculty and staff in enhancing their understanding and respect for different cultural backgrounds and values. The goal is to learn how to communicate and interact effectively within multicultural contexts and to improve the ability to navigate cultural differences.
