 主  旨  【Dormitory affairs】Reminders for the dormitory refund

Dear fellow students,

We have rescheduled the date we start classes to Tuesday, February 25, because of the outbreak of 2019-nCoV.

Due to coronavirus epidemic period, student who is unable to live in dorm from February 4 to13 can ask for the refund before 12:00 pm, Friday, March 13.

When applying, please remember to prepare the following documents, and hand to Mr. Lee in the Office of Student Affairs:

1. Payment receipt
2. Personal ARC number
3. Passbook copy (it should be YOUR OWN PASSBOOK)

Please hand the documents BY YOURSELF.
